We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment within Brazil. The People Specialist will be responsible for taking care of the onboarding and onboarding processes, administration, implementing global policies and practices according to the local market and acting as a point of contact for the employees in Brazil.

In addition to the local activities, the person in this role will collaborate and work closely with our International People Operations team.


Responsibilities: 

• Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement projects,  documentation and communication with employees and introducing; talent retention ideas and policies in line  with company processes; 
• Identifying and assessing the HR needs of the business, and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs;  
• Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis;  
• Supporting Hiring managers as per business requirements;  
• Acting as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and  grievances;  
• You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving  efficiency, and effectiveness across the department;  
• Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees;  
• Creating a strong employer brand image for the organization.  

Requirements:  
• Degree in HR or psychology is preferred;  
• At least 4 years of experience as a People Operations Specialist, HR Specialist or HR Generalist;
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labour laws & regulations;
• Should be able to work independently and take end-to-end accountability for employee lifecycle;  
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise;  
• Excellent in written and spoken English;  
• Strong data management and presentation skills;  
• Strong understanding of market intelligence;
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;  
• Available to work from the office in Sao Paolo.
