• Good understanding of Audio-Video Systems 
• Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills 
• Excellent communication and documentation skills  
• Excellent time management 

• Experience with JIRA 
• Experiencing hosting live events 
• Experience in building AV rooms 
• Experience with managing Q-SYS systems and workflows
• Electrical and carpentry skills  
• Familiar with projector technologies including Barco 
• Mac, Windows, and Linux experience  
• Experience with live streaming technologies  

• Self-motivated individual with an eye for detail 
• Passionate about technology and upholding high standards 
• Experience in organising, maintaining, and planning projects 
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Ability to work individually and part of a team
