Associate Producer - Contract/Temporary

Are you passionate about delivering surprise and delight to players? As an Associate Producer (Contract/Temporary) working with codename Sigil, you will support a diverse set of developers (from Artists to Engineers) focused on delivering content and features to our players. We are looking for an individual who excels in organization, is adaptable, and can help their team meet commitments. Using an Agile framework you will maintain schedules, pipelines, and make sure that you and your team are delighting players. You’ll encourage collaboration across time (zones) and space, and help guide work to ensure we’re focused on content that brings value to players.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct stand-ups, and surface findings to production.
• Partner with team leads to ensure work is tasked and trackable.
• Facilitate communication with cross-functional strike teams through all stages of development.
• Attend meetings and provide action items while ensuring followups occur as needed.
• Coordinate the maintenance and improvement of team documentation.
• Work with other Producers to provide assistance on an as-needed basis.

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years experience of video game production experience.
• Experience with Art or Creative teams.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other task tracking software.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of making games.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Servant leader philosophy that empowers individual responsibility and team collaboration.

Additional Details:

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Wizards through an external staffing partner. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Eastridge and will not be an employee of Wizards.

• Employment Type: Contractor/Temporary
• Location: Fully Remote
• Duration: 6 months with a possibility for extension to 12 months
• Pay Range: $28-48/hour
