Job Description:

As a 3D Generalist at Craftech 360, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of immersive experiences that captivate and engage audiences. Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team of designers, artists, and technicians, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' brand visions to life through your expertise in 3D design and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate conceptual ideas into visually stunning 3D designs.
• Modeling and Texturing: Create high-quality 3D models and textures using industry-standard software tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Animation and Motion Graphics: Develop dynamic animations and motion graphics to enhance the storytelling aspect of immersive experiences, adding depth and interactivity to the final product.
• Lighting and Rendering: Implement effective lighting techniques to achieve realistic and atmospheric environments, and utilize rendering software to produce high-fidelity visuals that meet the project's creative objectives.
• Integration and Optimization: Collaborate with technical teams to seamlessly integrate 3D assets into interactive installations, ensuring optimal performance across various platforms and devices.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the 3D assets, ensuring the final output meets our quality standards and exceeds client expectations.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D design and immersive experiences, and proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance our creative capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CGI software such as, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D and 3Ds Max.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, animation, and rendering.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, while also being self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts.
• Prior experience in the entertainment, advertising, or experiential marketing industries is a plus.
