Senior 3D Generalist (VFX)

We are seeking talented Senior Artists specializing in Environment creation to join our expanding team in India. As an Environment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and collaborate with a diverse and passionate team of artists and technicians

Location: India

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and realistic 3D models of environments, including landscapes, buildings, and props.
• Apply textures, shaders, and materials to models to achieve high-quality visual results.
• Set up lighting and atmospheric effects to enhance the mood and realism of environments.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, leads, and other departments to ensure artistic vision and technical feasibility.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior artists; lead by example in delivering top-tier work.
• Research and implement new techniques and tools to improve workflow efficiency and artistic quality.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in environment creation for film, TV, or games.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Houdini, or Blender for modelling and Substance Painter/Mari for texturing. A strong knowledge of Procedural modelling and Texturing is a huge Plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in environment modelling, texturing, and lighting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
