 Role Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create cutting-edge Whatfix content for global clients.</li><li>Identify training needs with Customer SMEs and understand customer applications and processes.</li><li>Simplify complex processes into engaging and user-friendly content.</li><li>Establish standards and guidelines for consistent deliverables.</li><li>Conduct content needs analysis to address customer problems with actionable insights.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Train and mentor new team members.</li><li>Maintain in-depth product knowledge.</li><li>Improve existing content with innovative approaches.</li></ul>
 Required Expertise: <ul><li>Professional writing skills with a knack for visually engaging content.</li><li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or technical writing.</li></ul>
