Strong design skills, project management capabilities, and team collaboration are essential. Proficiency in design software (PS, AI) and a basic understanding of English are required. Hand-drawing skills and strong English proficiency are considered advantageous.

3.良好的项目整体设计管理、进度与质量控制能力；
4.优秀的团队合作能力
5.熟悉传播和互动策略，熟悉新媒体的创意需求；
6.熟练使用PS、AI等设计软件，有手绘能力加分项；
7.具有基础英文读写能力，英文好最佳。
