We're seeking a Risk Operations Manager to safeguard our platform from fraud. 3+ years handling theft & fraud events, leading teams, fluent in Mandarin and English. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient team operation, achieving department goals, and minimizing platform fraud incidents.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for handling global theft and fraud issues, ensuring efficient team operation, formulating team goals and plans, and achieving related indicators.
- Reduce the occurrence rate of platform fraud, ensuring that the number of theft incidents dynamically drops to zero.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, optimize processing processes, promote product or tool optimization, and improve processing efficiency.
- Cultivate and introduce outstanding talents to ensure sufficient talent in the team.
What We Look For in You:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in handling theft and fraud events, including but not limited to identifying fraud patterns, investigating cases, and coordinating cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
- Have experience in managing teams of 20 to 50 people, able to effectively lead the team, assign tasks, supervise major work processes, and ensure that the team achieves business goals.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Responsible for formulating departmental work plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and continuously optimize departmental operational efficiency.
- Able to collaborate across departments, coordinate resources, and jointly address and resolve security and fraud-related issues.
- Prior experience as a Risk Control Operations Manager in the financial and blockchain industries is preferred.
- Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
