Stay up-to-date on best practices and make recommendations for content strategy.
Content Curation: As a Content Curator, the primary responsibility is to select and organize content for Partner's platform. This involves identifying and curating a diverse range of movies, TV shows, and other digital media assets that align with our platform's content strategy and target audience.
Monitor content curation on partner platform, identify errors, corrections and execute fixes then make it Live.
Identify and track metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts.
Edit and optimize content for search engine optimization
Content Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of content quality by reviewing and ensuring that selected content meets our platform's guidelines and standards. This includes assessing content for relevance, accuracy, and audience appropriateness.
Content Metadata Management: Effectively manage metadata associated with curated content, including titles, descriptions, tags, and images, to enhance the discoverability and user experience on the platform.
Content Scheduling: Develop and maintain a content schedule, ensuring a consistent and engaging release of new content to keep our audience engaged and coming back for more.
Content Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor offerings to make informed decisions regarding content curation and programming.
Audience Engagement: Monitor user feedback and engagement metrics to understand audience preferences and adapt content curation strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Collaborate with content acquisition, marketing, and analytics teams to align content curation with broader platform goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
Passion for Content: A deep love for movies, TV shows, and digital media content, along with a knack for identifying what resonates with viewers.
OTT Platform Familiarity: Understanding of OTT platforms, their user interfaces, and content delivery mechanisms
3-4 Years of experience in Content Programming and operations role preferably in OTT Platform.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage a diverse library of digital media assets.
Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate content curation strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital media software is a plus.
Creative Vision: A creative mindset to curate content that engages, entertains, and retains viewers.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proven experience in content strategy and curation in a media or entertainment industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
Knowledge of regional content and culture is a plus
Proficiency in Haryanvi or Rajasthani dialects is a plus
