31st Union seeks a dedicated Associate Character Artist to create high-end game characters for their new project, ETHOS. Responsibilities include creating high-poly and game-ready 3D character meshes from concept art, developing textures and shaders, and ensuring optimal in-game performance.  Collaboration with the Lead Artist, animators, and other team members is key.  The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing artistic and technical skills, proficiency in Maya (or 3ds Max/Blender), ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag, and Photoshop, and a deep understanding of human anatomy and character expression.

What we need:
We are looking for a dedicated Associate Character Artist to join our team and bring expertise, motivation, and a mature abilities. They will define, develops, and maintains high-end-run game characters. The Character Artist works closely with the Lead Artist, Lead Animator, Lead Technical Art and Art Director, and also with animators and cinematic editors to create the best possible impression in the final game.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Create the best possible 3D character high-poly and game meshes from concept art and reference materials, character textures and shaders, clothing, hair, and styling</li>
<li>Adapt to the concept and art direction of the project</li>
<li>Make proper character topology to keep the finished models working well in-game</li>
<li>Self-education in terms of graphics and keeping track of the latest trends in the given field</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Portfolio demonstrating strong artistic abilities</li>
<li>Demonstrable knowledge of technical and artistic skills.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Knowledge of Maya (or 3ds Max or Blender), ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag and Photoshop</li>
<li>&nbsp;Knowledge of human anatomy, facial expressions, ability to capture personality</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of sculpting, drawing or painting in the classic technique</li>
<li>Advanced written and spoken English</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>

Relevant experience:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Experience with Substance Painter and Substance Designer</li>
<li>Experience with Unreal Engine 5</li>
<li>Experience with some tracking/scheduling tool (Hansoft, Jira, Shotgun, Trello, …)</li>

Wrike is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing team.  In this role, you will be responsible for building new features, rewriting existing ones, adapting and scaling the product to customer needs, conducting code reviews and unit testing, and working in a Scrum environment. You will use the product you develop and see the direct impact of your work. We deploy one to three times per day. 

Frontend Engineers can work in either product cross-functional feature teams or technical (internal) teams.  Product teams are responsible for both business logic and technical solutions, while technical teams focus on internal tooling, libraries, and improving code quality and development experience.
