The role requires experience in professional real estate photography (at least 2 years), proficiency with photography techniques, and strong time management skills. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to work in real estate photography. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Capture high-quality 3D virtual tours and photographs to support marketing efforts for industry-leading marketplaces.
</li><li>Create a visually compelling portfolio of real estate photos to showcase homes and apartments, using advanced photography techniques.
</li><li>Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to efficiently manage appointments and meet client needs.
</li><li>Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, and partners to evaluate priorities and manage tasks effectively.
</li><li>Take ownership of the market by exploring commercial real estate and capturing necessary data, identifying new inventory, and photographing commercial properties.
</li><li>Adhere to safety standards while safeguarding company vehicles and equipment.
</li><li>Represent the client in a professional manner at all times.
</li><li>Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
</li><li>At least 2 years of professional real estate photo experience, with field experience preferred.
</li><li>Experience with Matterport is a plus; however, we are willing to train qualified candidates.
</li><li>Ability to capture and input data accurately.
</li><li>Quick to learn and apply new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
</li><li>Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and related apps.
</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, as well as standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
</li><li>Frequent hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and input data on tablets or laptops.
</li><li>Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting as required to perform job functions.
</li><li>Ability to work and drive outdoors during all seasons.
</li><li>Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

 Job location: Las Vegas, NV 89032 – relocation offered Work week: Monday through Thursday – 7:00am to 5:30pm Travel: Yes – up to 30% - most likely up to 2 deployments (these deployments are usually 60-90 days) Compensation: Starting at $45.90 per hour / OT Eligible Benefits: All health benefits are paid for by the company, for the employee. For family plans you will pay 5% of the premium. <ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) up to 5% match at 100%, life insurance, and more! </li></ul>
Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
