This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and market-specific demands, requiring a deep understanding of AI, project management expertise, and strong cultural adaptability.1. Technical Project Management<ul><li>Serve as the AI-focused technical project manager, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement Tencent Cloud AI solutions in Japan.</li><li>Plan and manage the lifecycle of AI products, including ecosystem development, operations, delivery, and feedback in the Japanese market.</li><li>Create detailed project schedules, define key milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery.</li></ul>2. Cross-Team Collaboration<ul><li>Maintain effective communication between the Japan business team and Tencent’s product and R&amp;D teams in China.</li><li>Manage key project stakeholders, coordinating resources across departments (e.g., sales, product, R&amp;D, testing, and delivery) to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Understand client stakeholders and organizational structures, fostering close communication to drive successful project delivery.</li></ul>3. Localized Market Knowledge<ul><li>Apply expertise in Japan’s business environment, project workflows, and AI technologies (e.g., computer vision, large models) to ensure effective localization and application.</li><li>Conduct market research and provide insights into key players, product strengths and weaknesses, and strategies for expanding AI products in Japan.</li></ul><h1>Who We Look For</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, product management, or pre-sales roles in the ICT or AI domain in the Japanese market.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI development characteristics and project management best practices.</li><li>Fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Swivl is seeking a passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media efforts.  Responsibilities include designing and implementing social media strategies, producing engaging content (graphics included), overseeing and growing social media channels, tracking performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with company goals.  The ideal candidate will have hands-on social media management experience, strong design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), excellent copywriting, a data-driven approach, and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and tools. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and a willingness to bring new ideas to life.
