Responsibilities include project planning and execution, team leadership (developers, designers, educational experts), stakeholder communication, technical oversight (software design, development, testing, deployment), risk management, quality assurance, and budget management.  The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
