 We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Our customer is one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The company’s diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.
The project focuses on advancing the company’s marketing capabilities by optimizing data handling and segmentation. You will work with various CRM and marketing platforms, transforming data into actionable insights through structured Power BI reporting. The goal is to build a scalable architecture ready for a global rollout, focusing on consumer behavior, data privacy compliance, and high-performance data visualizations.&nbsp;
Main Responsibilities:

<li>Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI solutions tailored to support the MVP project’s goals.</li>
<li>Work with various data sources (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics) to create seamless data integrations and transformation processes.</li>
<li>Present insights through high-performance Power BI reports and visualizations that align with business requirements.</li>
<li>Evaluate and improve data quality, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including PII and GDPR/PDPL.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to ingest, process, and optimize data workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into scalable data models and advanced technical specifications.</li>
<li>Develop Power BI data models, dashboards, and visualizations, including DAX formula optimization for data insights.</li>
<li>Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to maintain efficient and reliable BI solutions.</li>
<li>Assist with creating technical documentation for data processing and Power BI solutions.</li>

Role Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or Power BI Specialist.</li>
<li>Advanced SQL skills for optimizing complex queries and working with large-scale datasets.</li>
<li>Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and visual report design.</li>
<li>Ability to evaluate data quality and identify inconsistencies, with experience in handling PII data.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPL).</li>
<li>Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction, along with experience in large organizations.</li>
<li>Independent, proactive work ethic, with the ability to work autonomously and lead discussions on data requirements and model specifications.</li>
<li>Nice-to-have experience with Snowflake and knowledge of marketing domain terminology.</li>

In this role you will focus on the following:● Run the infrastructure on AWS with CI/CD , Kubernetes, Terraform● Design, Build and maintain the infrastructure on AWS for scaling for hundreds of thousands of concurrent users with fault tolerance and security in mind.● Improve observability across platform and the applications they host.● Improve operation processes such as deployments/upgrades.● Handle support for the platform and the applications.● Manage the networking, storage and security aspects of the infrastructure. Work Experience and Skills required:● Overall 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and support functions.● Experience with scalable and fault-tolerant Kubernetes clusters on the AWS platform.● Experience with cloud security, observability, dashboarding, repository management and automated cloud releases.● Cloud cost optimization, operational compliance metrics and security operations.● Experience with backups and Disaster Recovery for high availability.● AWS Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional/AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional are a plus.● Kubernetes Certification, Linux Administration, Postgres , Mongo database knowledge is a plus● Experience in driving incident management, problem management and change management● Good communication and negotiation skills What is leadership like for this role?
