About the role<ul><li>Department - Marketing</li><li>Type of work - Full-Time</li><li>Location - Jhandewalan, New Delhi (Onsite)</li><li>Working days - 6 days a week</li><li>Reporting Manager - <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/mayankgrover/">Mayank Grover</a> (AKA Founder)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Creating content for Youtube (mostly shorts)</li><li>Writing and editing articles</li><li>Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for content</li><li>Asking effective questions and developing rapport/trust with story subjects.</li><li>Storyboarding: understanding the effectiveness and appropriateness of story assets (text, images, audio, video) and combining them to build a robust story.</li><li>Converting conversation pointers into a strong storyline.</li><li>Creating content marketing strategies from scratch and taking ownership on end-to-end execution.</li><li>Visual, audio and video content creation experience; Know how of basic video editing, photo editing tools</li><li>Well-developed eye/ear for best practices in each format of content.</li><li>Work closely with the founder.</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Understanding of story fundamentals (effective character, trajectory, hook, authenticity/details and calls-to-action)</li><li>Keen sense of storytelling (what makes a story interesting from the audience’s perspective)</li><li>Stellar writing skills and sense of conveying more in less words.</li><li>Familiarity with tech lingo &amp; Games</li><li>Street smart (gives equal weightage to hard work and smart work)</li><li>Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detail.</li><li>Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube’s search engine</li><li>Manage channel content, majorly focusing on YR shorts</li><li>Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets</li><li>Develop and oversee channel community, including channel moderators, marketing managers, and network of channel partners</li><li>Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines</li><li>Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics, including paid and organic search, social, and display advertising</li><li>Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization</li><li>Develop and implement channel budget</li><li>Past experience in Gaming industry.  Organization- Grand Hyatt Goa Summary You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Butler is responsible to assist the Team Leader – Butler in ensuring that the butler services are run efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills with professional presentation. Ability to multitask and co-ordinate with all departments on behalf of the guest. Qualifications Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Butler training programme certification is an added advantage.
