 We're looking for a talented and passionate Data Engineer to join Wildlife's Cloud Economics team in São Paulo, Brazil.
The mission of the Cloud Economics team at Wildlife is to have world-class productivity and efficiency across the company by finding and further investigating efficiency opportunities related to the usage and/or provisioning of technology resources.&nbsp;
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for gathering all the information needed into the data lake; build and maintain such a lake permanently. You will also play a key role in developing the analyses and algorithms that identify the patterns and type of usage of our data that allow us to find opportunities to improve its usage and storage.

<h2>What you’ll do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Be part of a high-output team, directly contributing to company results;</li>
<li>Build the required date lakes and do the corresponding ETL in order to be able to consolidate and query information about multiple data sources;</li>
<li>Enhance our data discovery capabilities;</li>
<li>Identify unused data and propose how to handle it (sampling, deletion, move to colder classes of storage);</li>
<li>Find and propose data modeling optimizations across the data lake to avoid inefficiencies like duplicated data, data normalization, data types, etc. (table partitioning, migrating to delta tables);</li>
<li>Develop an internal cost allocation data lake for our most significant technology providers.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What you'll need</h2>
<ul>
<li>University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field;</li>
<li>Solid experience working as a data engineer on technically challenging problems;</li>
<li>Proficiency in programming with SQL and Python;</li>
<li>Experience creating data pipelines;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with AWS;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with Airflow or other workflow management tool is a differential.</li>

YOUR TASKS <ul><li> Ability to analyze &amp; solve issue related to Electronic Components </li><li> Ability to analyze &amp; solve issue related to ICT failures &amp; EOL Failures PCBs </li><li> Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes </li><li> Ability to use Electronic Measuring Instruments for analysis (LCR meter, Oscilloscope, multimeter etc) </li><li> Anticipate potential problems, plan appropriate resolutions, and take early corrective action </li><li> Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management </li><li> Actively participate in development and quality reviews, including feedback from customer / system testing teams, to develop and drive quality improvement roadmaps </li><li> Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members </li><li> Analyzing and testing complaints (CLR and field), and failed/rejected parts, as well as introducing further investigations and monitoring the corrective actions in coordination/ cooperation with the product customer quality employee, and internal factory production planning; documenting the results and informing the departments involved </li><li> Release production lots based on the analysis results and a short risk assessment, otherwise address more detailed examinations </li><li> Monitoring and analyzing the quality of material, products, and operating equipment by means of checks; determining causes of faults where necessary and initiating corrective actions </li><li> Evaluate and release suspect parts, sub-assemblies, processes and devices as well as alternative production processes (acc. to Hella standard for "Handling of Non-conforming parts") in cooperation with QPC </li><li> Evaluating the proof kept in production, such as collective fault sheets, X/R cards, SPC, proof of ability etc. and introducing initial measures if there are any deviations or tendencies, in agreement with production planning (sorting, additional tests, etc.) </li><li> Carry out first analyses and checks of failed/returned parts, if necessary, address more detailed examinations </li><li> Maintain and service devices and testing equipment </li></ul>
Your Qualifications <ul><li> B. E/ B. Tech in Electronics </li><li> 5 Years to 8 Years of experience (PCB Analysis) in Automotive industry </li><li> Basic Knowledge of Electronic Components (Theoretical &amp; Practical) </li><li> Knowledge about Functions &amp; Usage of Electronic Components in Electronic Circuit </li><li> Understanding of Datasheets of Electronic Components </li><li> Clear understanding of Electronic Circuit Diagram to troubleshoot / trace of defects from Electronic PCBs </li></ul>
