About the role:<ul><li>Type of work - Full-time</li><li>Employment Type - Contractual - 3 months (potential to convert to a full-time position)</li><li>Location - Remote</li><li>Working days - 6 days a week</li></ul>&nbsp;What You Will Do<ol><li>The course you will be developing will be your child, you will have to take end to end responsibility of the entire course right from course design, code and content till the time it gets deployed on the platform.</li><li>Design high-quality Text-Oriented learning content, keeping in mind that the learners hold 0-1 year of experience. (<a href="https://outscal.com/courses">Refer to our courses</a>, visit our course pages, and have a look at the program syllabus to get an understanding before moving further with the application)</li><li>Work closely with Lead SME to Design chapters for our courses in Unity/Multiplayer/Unreal for the audience.</li><li>Develop Courses, Game Projects in Courses, content for upskilling, Assignment and Quiz that will be a part of the course.</li></ol>Must Have:<ul><li>Should have worked on Unity and/or Multiplayer/ or Unreal Projects for 2+ years showcasing:<ul><li>Good Code Architecture and clean code</li><li>Implementation of OOP Principles</li><li>Projects made in Unity Engine preferably Multiplayer games or Unreal Engine</li><li>Proficiency in Game Programming Patterns</li></ul></li><li>Good English communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to design high quality courses at all level with a User-First mindset.</li><li>Ability to express complex technical concepts in easy and understandable language (without using AI)</li><li>Good understanding of Unity and C#/ C++ and DSA/ Multiplayer/ Unreal along with OOPs and Design Patterns</li><li>Ability to learn things quickly, positively take feedback and apply it in their work quickly</li><li>Previous experience making video games.</li></ul>Good to have:<ul><li>Teaching or mentorship experience that showcases your ability to explain complex subjects.</li></ul>What we expect:<ul><li>Someone ready to work with us on a contract basis dedicatedly for our project (we are happy to convert the role to full-time based on the performance by the end of the term).</li><li>Efficient time management is encouraged.</li><li>You'll have the freedom to work remotely and set your own schedule for the most part. Design end-to-end solutions for clients, focusing on GenAI applications, ensuring scalability and performance optimization. Provide expertise on pricing models, manage cost estimates, and develop Bill of Materials (BoM) for client projects. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored GenAI solutions. Document workflows, API structures, and architectural designs, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders. Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any technical questions.  The role involves leading the technical architecture and delivery of advanced GenAI solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. A strong understanding of application architecture, pricing, and documentation is crucial for success.
