Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and closing media data acquisition deals; engaging with rightsholder collectives; assisting the commercial legal team with agreements; and leveraging expertise in intellectual property law across the US, UK, and EU.  The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in media, book publishing, or music licensing, with a background in technology and AI.  They should be a strong negotiator, excellent communicator, and capable of distilling complex concepts clearly and concisely.
