Based either in Germany or France, he/she will be groomed and trained to grow and accelerate our Go-To-Market strategy within the targeted markets and sectors while developing field relationships with our key partners to ultimately generate new services opportunities and help accelerate or grow existing opportunities.<br>This position will require travelling within Europe. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing invoices, reconciling media buys with vendor invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, monitoring media spending against budgets, and providing financial reports.  This role requires close collaboration with media planning, buying, and finance teams, as well as strong communication with vendors and clients.  The coordinator also maintains accurate billing data in agency systems and identifies opportunities to improve billing workflows. The role is crucial for accurate client billing and strong vendor relationships.

You will work closely with the media planning, buying, and finance teams to track media expenditures, manage discrepancies, and support smooth financial operations within the agency. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy of client billing and maintaining strong vendor relationships.</p><h3></h3><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul> <li>Prepare, process, and partner with the Finance and Media teams to promptly send media prebill and reconciliation invoices to clients.</li> <li>Review and reconcile media buys with vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies. This includes working with internal teams to understand any differences completely and ensure media spending will pace out to budget or if it needs to be reviewed by the client.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with media teams to resolve billing issues or discrepancies related to vendor invoices.</li> <li>Ensure all media invoices are coded properly and match purchase orders and contracts.</li> <li>Monitor and track all media spending, ensuring it aligns with client budgets and contracts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide monthly billing summaries and financial reports for internal teams and client communications.</li> <li>Serve as the point of contact for media vendors regarding billing inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.</li> <li>Work with the media planning and buying teams to verify media placements and costs.
