This includes a variety of operational tasks required content management, publishing calendar planning, coordinating assets and information between publisher Tencent, Riot China and Central teams. In addition, sometimes you will also be supporting brand managers on campaigns, leading specific work streams that harness Riot's creative energies to engage players with a deep understanding and appreciation of the Riot Games brand. You will design and implement marketing strategy, drive creative campaigns and initiatives that maximize trials and help establish new mobile game and Riot brands in China. As a Rioter in China, you'll join a team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention and maniacal passion for gaming. To reinforce Riot’s collaborative culture in our China offices, we’ve decided to do away with the constraints of traditional hierarchical title structures that are more common in the region. Titles don’t really matter at any of Riot’s offices, but we chose to take this extra step in our China offices to foster a space where teamwork thrives. We believe that removing this constraint will promote individual autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and a focus on results. We promise you won’t need a title at Riot to make an impact.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive and design the publishing operations process for China between multiple teams across publisher Tencent, Riot central teams.</li><li>Work closely with brand managers to execute with quality and efficiency. </li><li>Create campaign strategies that hit the mark in culturally-relevant ways for players</li><li>Execute the marketing campaign in coordination with various teams to achieve the goals</li><li>Help and support all aspects of mobile game publishing, including campaign planning, vendor management, scheduling, asset categorization, and localization.</li><li>Establish and use KPIs to measure and consistently help to improve marketing performance.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Have experience in game publishing, campaign planning, brand management, and operation.  We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team at Astreya. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP using best practices and industry standards</li><li>Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code for efficient and scalable deployments</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve software delivery processes</li><li>Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of systems</li><li>Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs while maintaining system reliability and performance</li><li>Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production issues</li><li>Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the DevOps best practices</li></ul>
Requirements <ul><li>5-6 years of experience in DevOps or related field</li><li>Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and best practices</li><li>Proficiency in writing and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager &amp; Ansible</li><li>Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies</li><li>Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer)</li><li>Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for multi-cloud environments</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies</li></ul>
