Leveraging your expertise in technical audits, along with exceptional communication and project management skills, you will build strong stakeholder relationships while driving the management and execution of critical audit initiatives.<h2>What you’ll do as an Internal Audit Manager</h2><ul><li>Assist in performing a continuous enterprise risk assessment to identify, evaluate, and address active and emerging risks impacting the organization.</li><li>Provide day-to-day management and oversight over our co-sourced Technology Audit team to execute our internal audit and SOX plan.</li><li>Manage and support the annual SOX technology controls, coordinating with external auditors to optimize reliance strategies, limit fees, and minimize business disruption.</li><li>Assist in performing and updating annual materiality and planning analyses to define the SOX program scope.</li><li>Review and perform SOX testing, providing regular updates on status and findings.</li><li>Maintain and update Technology SOX documentation, including ITGCs, system implementations, and automated controls, to reflect the current environment.</li><li>Conduct operational assessments and audit projects to evaluate risks, compliance, and opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Present audit findings to management, highlighting deficiencies, recommending corrective actions, and proposing enhancements to internal controls and operational processes.</li><li>Build strong relationships with external auditors and company leaders across technology functions, ensuring alignment on SOX matters.</li><li>Facilitate scoping discussions, PBC requests, and testing reviews while addressing exceptions and providing resolutions.</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2>What you’ll bring&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>At least 5 years of related Risk, Audit, or Finance experience is required, ideally in gaming or high-tech industries.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field and CISA, CIA, CPA, CA certification is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to educate and coach the organization on risk and control concepts, tailoring the information to align with their specific roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Proven experience in managing Audit and SOX projects, collaborating with stakeholders across technology functions to identify and address enterprise control risks.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and organizational skills to efficiently process and summarize large volumes of information.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, balancing large and small initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to all management levels and effectively resolve conflicts.</li><li>Located in Boston, MA, with the ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 15% of the time.</li></ul>#LI-SW1<h2>Join Our Team</h2>We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. Who We Are Looking For ACV’s Machine Learning (ML) team is looking to grow its MLOps team. Multiple ACV operations and product teams rely on the ML team’s solutions. Current deployments drive opportunities in the marketplace, in operations, and sales, to name a few. As ACV has experienced hyper growth over the past few years, the volume, variety, and velocity of these deployments has grown considerably. Thus, the training, deployment, and monitoring needs of the ML team has grown as we’ve gained traction. MLOps is a critical function to help ourselves continue to deliver value to our partners and our customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent skill and maturity, be self-motivated as well as team-oriented, and have the ability to support the development and implementation of end-to-end ML-enabled software solutions to meet the needs of their stakeholders. They will be able to show their recommendations are contextually grounded in an understanding of the practical problem, the data, and theory as well as what product and software solutions are feasible and desirable. What You Will Do <ul><li> Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. </li><li> Work with fellow machine learning engineers to build, automate, deploy, and monitor ML applications. </li><li> Develop data pipelines that feed ML models. </li><li> Deploy new ML models into production. </li><li> Build REST APIs to serve ML models predictions. </li><li> Monitor performance of models in production. </li><li> Perform additional duties as assigned. </li></ul>
What You Will Need  <ul><li> Required Qualifications:</li> <ul><li> Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. </li><li> Graduate education in a computationally intensive domain or equivalent work experience. </li><li> 5+ years of prior relevant work or lab experience in ML projects/research, and 1+ years as tech lead or major contributor on cross-team projects. </li><li> Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL etc. </li><li> Experience with cloud services (AWS / GCP) and kubernetes, docker, CI/CD. </li></ul>
<li> Preferred Qualifications:</li> <ul><li> Experience with MLOps-specific tooling like Vertex AI, Feast, Kubeflow, or Weights and Biases, etc. are a plus. </li><li> Experience with EDA, including data pipeline building and data visualization. </li><li> Experience with building ML models. </li></ul>
