Technology & Backend Lead (GLOBAL)

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Technology & Backend Lead to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic leader to collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with our CTO and Product Lead. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and expertise in building backend architecture, as well as the ability to guide a team of Engineers towards building the backbone of all of Quantinium's products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement the backend architecture and documentation for Quantinium's mobile & web applications.
• Lead the product development team, ensuring best practices.
• Champion technical excellence and productivity.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers.
• Make informed technical decisions and define the roadmap.
• Mentor junior team members and foster innovation.
• Engage in coding, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Resolve complex technical issues for system reliability.
• Identify and implement codebase standards and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Extensive development experience with Go, with a strong database experience using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with JS frameworks such as Node.js and React.js is a big plus.
• 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
• 5+ years in large-scale backend development.
• Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
