Job Details
Duration: July to December 2024
Location: 3-4x a week onsite in Culver City (potentially open for remote)
Pay rate: $65-$71 hourly
Start date: As soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Work specifically with employee survey results to design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Collaborate with P&O (Human Resources) and Finance Transformation team to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Tableau visualizations.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
• Integrate Tableau with Snowflake for seamless data access and retrieval.
• Design and implement future-proof solutions to ensure scalability and adaptability of dashboards.
• Design and document the testing of the new reporting.
• Coordinate with Information Technology and Information Security in the configuration design for user access of the survey results.
• Document best practices for Tableau development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and provide training and support to product owners on Tableau functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience or certifications as a Tableau Developer.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with designing future-proof solutions in data visualization.
• Strong ability to partner and build trust across multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic teamwork environment.
• Proactively takes ownership of multiple work streams, works independently, and meets the associated deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred but not Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience integrating Tableau with Snowflake for data retrieval and analysis.



Estimated Min Rate: $50.04
Estimated Max Rate: $71.48
