We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in Software Development. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Experience in sourcing techniques across multiple channels and a strong knowledge of online social networking sites like LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and GitHub are essential.

Your mission

The role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist covers the development and management of an effective recruitment process. The role is responsible for recruiting a high quantity of positions for our three office locations (MAL, MAD, LON) at all levels to a high standard while considering employee retention and long-term development. The role is managing contemporary TA tools and continuously improves existing TA processes to the demand of the organization with focus on agility. Additionally, the role supports Employer Branding initiatives, interfaces with HR projects and IT projects where needed. The role overall contributes to an excellent employee experience and making sure a consistent onboarding process, and transition of new hires in the organization is maintained. The Individual is well connected in the Tech business environment and up to date with current trends and knowledgeable in geographical talent acquisition subjects within the industry.

What you will do

Work closely with the people team and leadership and deliver according to the business strategy objectives:

  • Manage the recruitment full-cycle and enhance candidate experience.
  • Source and screen applicants, conduct interviews, advise on selection, negotiate offers, and handle hiring administration.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and keep them updated on the recruitment status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on candidates, searches, and recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and maintain formal job descriptions.
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends and techniques.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding with a focus on employee experience.
  • Advise on benchmarking roles in collaboration with the People Team.
  • Manage TA analytics and provide insights for the recruitment strategy.
  • Ad hoc administrative reports on key metrics
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external third parties to create successful partnerships.
  • Manage Employer branding initiatives, collect data, and focus on candidate experience and Employer Value Proposition

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the full lifecycle of in-house IT recruitment within a rapidly growing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for and understand a wide range of positions, specifically in Software Development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language any other language is a benefit
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with hiring managers, subject matter experts, and candidates
  • Effective collaboration within a team environment, providing support when needed
  • Empathetic approach towards candidates, hiring teams, and colleagues
  • Experience in sourcing techniques across multiple channels
  • Strong knowledge of online social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and GitHub for searching
  • Ability to write compelling technical job adverts and job descriptions, considering best practices and D&I standards
  • Proactive and accurate work approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • High adaptability and flexibility to change
  • Experience working effectively with an ATS on a daily basis
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Internet savvy and curious about learning more about technology and upcoming tools for automating processes.
  • Curiosity for learning, improving, and sharing knowledge
