What you'll be doing:
- Dive deep into the exciting and evolving world of web3, tackling unique challenges in KYC, compliance on-boarding, transaction monitoring, fraud detection and prevention within the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
- Analyze vast behavioral and transactional data to identify and thwart money laundering and fraudulent activity in a setting where every decision impacts our vibrant community.
- Use your expertise to identify emerging money laundering, fraud patterns and develop creative solutions, balancing risk management with exceptional user experiences.
- Work alongside dynamic teams, leveraging data analysis to safeguard our platform.
- Engage with our users through effective email communication, ensuring a seamless and secure experience while collaborating with key internal partners.

- Passionate About Web3: You're not just looking for a job; you're excited about the potential of blockchain and crypto, eager to be part of a team that's shaping the future.
- Experienced in Compliance Risk Management: You have a solid background in KYC, compliance on-boarding and transaction monitoring through identifying money laundering patterns, blockchain investigations.
- Experienced in Fraud Analysis: You have a solid background in risk analysis, with a keen understanding of fraud schemes, particularly in digital and virtual goods.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Skilled in data analysis (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google BigQuery) and familiar with the nuances of online fraud (account takeover, carding, chargebacks, etc.).
- Strong Communicator: Articulate in both verbal and written forms, able to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
