Description

We're looking to expand our team with a talented Senior 3D Environment Artist/World Builder. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Substance, Zbrush, and Unreal Engine, along with a sharp eye for detail, to bring our game worlds to life. You'll be joining a creative, experienced, and supportive team working on exciting AAA projects!

This is a fully remote contract position (with potential to convert) for applicants located in US only. At this time, this position is not available to California residents.

Requirements

  • A compelling portfolio or demo reel demonstrating expertise in environment art and world building for video games
  • 5+ years of professional experience as an environment artist/world builder in the video game industry.
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, or similar.
  • Strong skills in Substance Designer, Substance Painter, and ZBrush.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine.
  • A sharp eye for level design and an understanding of visual storytelling aesthetics.
  • A deep passion for video games and creating immersive game environments.
  • Experience in game development, with a solid understanding of how environment design impacts gameplay
