About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Project Management to play a critical role in planning, implementing, and managing cybersecurity initiatives. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from defining the scope and securing resources to ensuring successful execution and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with security professionals to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of cybersecurity projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project and ensure all expenditures are aligned with project goals.
• Oversee the implementation of security solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status updates and reports to all stakeholders, including senior management.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, recommending appropriate security improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (CISSP certification a plus).

• 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a cybersecurity environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT security projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
