What You'll Do

SAP's Corporate Processes & Information Technology organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced technical professional in the Recruiting & Onboarding IT product team. In our international, fast-paced environment, you will help drive strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Work on Recruiting & Onboarding deliverables (with emphasis on Onboarding) that are part of the HR IT portfolio roadmap
  • Refine collaboratively the product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical delivery
  • Work on technical configuration, testing, release management, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery
  • Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
  • Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
  • Help improve our agile ways working
  • Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of work experience
  • Certiciation: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 or SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • Professional experience and deep knowledge of Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
  • Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions
  • Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions & technology
  • Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices
  • Beneficial: Technical expertise in Employee Central, RBPs, APIs, Report Center
