QA Engineer

EZ Arcade is a division of Evolution gaming platform. EZ Arcade develops online gaming on real-life electro-mechanical machines that connect to Evolution gaming network. We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our games through various testing methods, process improvements and supported back-end configuration. You will play a vital role in identifying and resolving bugs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience for our players and our day-to-day operations. This is a full time office position based in our studio in Hoofddorp.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for new and existing game features.
• Conduct thorough end-user testing to identify bugs and usability issues.
• Report and document issues clearly and concisely.
• Work with R&D and Operations teams to resolve identified issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Assist with back-office configurations and reporting.
• Stay up to date on the latest QA methodologies and tools.

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA analyst or a similar role.
• Experience working with back-office systems.
• Problem-solving skills and relentless problem-solver attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
