We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced team at Univrse. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our VR products and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver exceptional location-based VR experiences. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of immersive experiences.

What will you do? 🚀

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning product development with Univrse’s strategic goals and the latest advancements in VR and XR technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, engineers, and the creative team to bring immersive experiences to life, ensuring all departments are aligned with the product vision.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, the development team, and other key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Market Research & Trends: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, keeping a close eye on VR/AR industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive products.
• Feature Prioritization: Translate business objectives and user needs into prioritized product features and work with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics and user feedback to assess product performance, and continuously improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address issues during product development, providing innovative solutions to ensure smooth execution.
• User-Centric Focus: Ensure that products are developed with a focus on user experience, storytelling, and interaction, elevating the overall immersive experience for audiences.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is working toward the same goal with clear communication and objectives.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the VR, gaming, or immersive technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and a deep interest in the future of VR, XR, and immersive experiences.
• Ability to think both strategically and analytically, with experience in using data to inform product decisions.
• Fluency in English.
