  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end innovative marketing, social and PR campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Iterate and optimize short-term and long-term social, marketing and PR strategies.
  • Direct the design and oversee the execution of visually appealing, entertaining, and/or educational campaigns that are responsive across all platforms and social media channels.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behavior.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Procuring and maintaining external outlet partnerships (content creators, gaming outlets, influencers, etc) and aligning our internal development schedule with external PR and marketing opportunities.
  • Work with external and internal vendors to set-up and maintain all supporting websites.
  • Oversee and maintain effective SEO strategies.
  • Work closely with the publisher to guide, support, review and provide constructive feedback on key marketing, creative and assets.
  • Work closely with financials and craft a strategy that’s executable within our budget.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of internal and external creative partners (writers, producers, editors, directors, illustration artists, 3D/2D animation, visual designers) to deliver creative.
  • Build and maintain PR relationships and opportunities with outlets.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 8 years of Marketing/PR experience and/or at least 3 shipped game titles in the capacity of Marketing/PR for this role.
  • Experience developing campaigns - from strategic creation through execution of final delivery while building and maintaining a clear brand identity
  • Created decks, schedules and calendars for communicating, pitching and maintaining alignment with internal and external partners
  • Experience working with briefs and stakeholders to create strategies and executables targeted at ideal market demographics and gaming communities
  • Has experience procuring, working with and overseeing external and internal partnerships to generate content that brings the vision to life
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A DIY attitude, out of the box thinking and creative problem solving skills

  • Industry analysis and an understanding what gaming competitors are doing to promote sales, fandom, and engagement
  • Experience with creating content for social media accounts utilizing a preferred graphic design and basic video editing software
  • Experience with metrics and data analysis tools, reporting software and processes and the means to communicate findings and recommendations
