Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Sales Executive at Ashutosh Production, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and enhancing our market presence. This is a commission-based role, offering the opportunity for substantial earnings based on performance. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Sales Outreach: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients, focusing on our social media management and post-production services.
• Client Consultation: Understand client needs and objectives, and propose customized marketing and post-production solutions that align with their goals.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally with a background in a commission-based role.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and post-production services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
