Lead SME (Unreal and C++)

What You Will Do:

As an Unreal Game Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of 6-10 people for creating very high quality game programming courses for aspiring game developers
• Creating designs and blueprints of courses from scratch.
• Creating and following pipelines for creating multiple courses and will work with multiple other Subject Matter Experts in the team to execute and create the best learning content in the world for any aspiring game developers.

Must Have:

• 6+ years of work experience as an Unreal developer
• Good communicator with excellent team managing skills
• Solid technical skillset and should be an expert on Unreal Engine inside-out with really good understanding of code architecture
• Very strong inclination towards Ed.Tech. and Teaching others
• Projects and work experience showcasing the same
• Knowing Design Patterns in depth

Good To Have:

• Crafting high-quality content and action plans to educate learners in basic programming languages.
• Teaching or mentorship experience that showcases your ability to explain complex subjects effectively.

What we expect

• Someone who is ready to work with us on contract basis dedicatedly for our project for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Should be available in-office (we are based out of Delhi)
• Efficient time management is encouraged, with proven record of delivering results on time
