Integration Engineer

The opportunity

As part of Integration Engineering you will work closely with the Product Management, Architecture and various business teams within Sales, Marketing, building APIs, integrations and services that enable Unity business to better serve and enable our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Design, implement and deliver highly scalable solutions based on modern cloud-based architectures
• Develop and maintain GCP based integrations and APIs in Node.js and Typescript
• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
• Diagnose and resolve integration errors and performance issues
• Support, optimise and automate our internal processes

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Typescript is fundamental, deep understanding of its asynchronous nature, event-driven architecture, and common frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant GCP and cloud services. You should be comfortable working with Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, API Gateway, App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and relevant databases
• API design best practices and experience using Node.js frameworks to build robust, secure, and well-documented APIs are essential for integration success
• Demonstrated strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve exceptions
• Experience with monitoring, observability and CI/CD best practices

You might also have

• Experience working in an Agile team and scrum methodology
• Experience with dockerization and kubernetes
• Experience as administrator or integrator with any of Salesforce and/or Zuora
