• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Polarion ALM, Jira, and Java. Experience in Structural Biology and Modelling is a plus.
• The Lead Developer will play a crucial role in driving our projects to success, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the company's innovative solutions.

Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Polarion ALM, Jira, and Java.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Ensure the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain documentation for software applications, including design specifications and user manuals.
