Ultra is launching an innovative PC gaming platform, and ultimately a full entertainment ecosystem.
Our goal is to unify the fragmented gaming industry around one platform. Ultra aggregates all gamers’ activities in one place: from buying, playing and reselling games, to accessing live-streaming platforms, tournaments, reviews and contests, as well as interacting with communities and brands. Our team is currently composed of 90+ full-time members, working across 5 continents.

The Role

Ultra's platform consists of a full ecosystem of apps and features offering a custom, complete experience to every user. Reporting directly to our co-CEO Nicolas, the Head of Marketing will be planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts for all the Ultra brands and products. 
Specifically, we’re looking for someone who will oversee the organisation's marketing strategy on various media, lead a team of marketing and community experts, orchestrate our communication with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring the Ultra brand remains strong and current.

You are ready to use your knowledge and skills to impact our global marketing strategy. You have a strong work ethic, with a pathbreaker mindset and you are determined to reach your goals. You are curious, results-oriented and data-driven. You work smart, are proactive and a team player. You have excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, you are a critical thinker, data-driven and can work with a high level of autonomy. Of course, you love web3, and you know the industry and products.
Finally, you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment!

Key Requirements

    • 5+ years experience running successful marketing campaigns within a range of channels (social, website, email etc.)
    • Fluent in English 
    • Knowledge and genuine interest in the web3 space
    • Experience developing digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing
    • Experience leading and growing a team, as well as the ability to set and prioritize goals

It's great (but not mandatory) if you also have:

    • Mid to senior level marketing experience within a successful web3 gaming project 
    • Knowledge and genuine interest in video games
    • Strong knowledge of the Ultra ecosystem and our products
    • English is your native language
