Graphic Design(motion)- Lead

We have an exciting role of Lead – Graphic Design Motion to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

You will:

• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and enhance the quality of output.
• Collaborate closely with on, near and offshore studio teams, creative teams, art directors, and clients to understand project objectives, brand guidelines, and requirements.
• Develop and deliver high-quality motion graphics and motion design solutions that align with the brand identity and storytelling goals.
• Create visually stunning animations, title sequences, visual effects, and other engaging motion graphics using industry-standard software tools.
• Utilize typography, color theory, and design principles to create visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate key messages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects, and incorporate them into your work to ensure a fresh and innovative approach.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including video editors, sound designers, and other creative professionals, to achieve cohesive and impactful final productions.
• You will be working closely with Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.

• 6-9 years in motion design and demonstrated ability to tell stories using create or adapting animated graphics in an agency, video production or in-house environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in delivering motion graphics and motion design work for global brands and clients.
• Expertise in industry-standard software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and/or other relevant motion graphics software.
• Proficiency in creating animations, visual effects, and dynamic motion graphics using keyframing, expressions, and other techniques.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging graphics.
