Responsibilities

• Preparation of employee documentation in terms of employment contracts and civil law contracts.
• Entering data into the HR and Payroll System.
• Controlling and archiving of documents.
• Monitoring of the timeliness of medical examinations and health and safety training.
• Recording of working hours, holidays and sick leave of employees.
• Payroll preparation.
• Use of working time recording software.
• Handling of the employee benefits.
• Contact with the employees.
• Employment of foreigners.
• Processing of bailiff seizures.
• Preparation of ZUS, PIT, PFRON, CSO and PPK declarations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Employment and Payroll specialist - it's a must.
• Hands-on experience in the employment of foreigners - it's a must.
• Hands-on knowledge of labor law and social security.
• Familiarity with Płatnik and PUE ZUS.
• Knowledge of Optima.
• English at the level that enables fluent communication on HR and Payroll issues and the employment of foreigners - it's a mus.

Nice to have

• Experience in GameDev, creative, entertainment industry or similar.
• Gamer in heart :)
