Data Science Lead

Our innovative Data Analytics team is looking for a new member to take on the role of Data Science Lead, responsible for driving the strategic direction of our data science initiatives. As a Data Science Lead, you will lead a team of data scientists, developing innovative solutions that leverage data to drive business decisions and work to improve customer experiences with ML. Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the data science strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Communicate complex data concepts and results to stakeholders at all levels, including executives and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Science projects, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Data Science solutions into business processes.
• Utilize advanced statistical, machine learning, and data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Data Science and incorporate them into the team’s work.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure the availability and accessibility of high-quality data.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s or Ph.D. in  Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience with Data Science tools and platforms (e.g., Python, SQL, Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into Data Science solutions and deliver impactful results.
• Strategic thinker with a vision for leveraging data to drive business success.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
