As a CRM Manager you will take  the lead in shaping and executing the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty while driving growth and retention across key markets.

You will...

  • Develop  a strategy to engage, retain and re-engage customers during key milestones of the customer lifecycle segments.
  • Create and run  email, in-app and push notifications; assist in copywriting, creative creation, and design considerations  of all C2C and B2C campaigns
  • Design and run A/B tests; optimise CLM campaigns with strategic content, frequency and audience variations.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from Product, Marketing, and Data to deliver seamless, personalised experiences for customers.
  • Lead segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Analyse and report on CRM performance, making data-backed decisions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of CRM tools like Clevertap, MoEngage or Braze, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication flows.

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

  • 3+ years of CRM management experience, ideally within a B2C or e-commerce environment.
  • A deep understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (MoEngage, Clevertap, or Braze preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to CRM campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams.
