Coordinator
Social Department
 
Our team of producers provide structure and support for a high volume of client projects across Social accounts and we are looking for a highly organized coordinator to join our team. What is Social you might ask? We're a group of creatives, producers, account people, social media managers and strategists dedicated to bringing exceptional social campaigns to life. Working closely with senior producers and creatives, the coordinator will ensure work is delivered within budget and timeline expectations. We are responsible for successful development of projects and interact with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions are clear and meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Work with the production team to maintain, and effectively execute project plans throughout the duration of assigned projects.
  • Maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements.
  • Assist in planning for and acquiring appropriately skilled project resources to complete assigned tasks and contribute to establishing a project vision.
  • Responsible for ensuring all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations, with the director of production, social
  • Work with production, creative leadership, and account lead to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as a possible client point-of-contact for all project related issues and communicate client business needs to the internal team.
  • Ingest client feedback and compile notes/craft recaps after client meetings  
  • Ingest sources/assets and manage the database of all source material. Drive delivery of all final assets including QC. 
Key Attributes: 
  • 1-2+ years of experience working on post-production workflows
  • Proficiency with Google docs and Excel, familiar with Float scheduling software, and knowledge of AirTable is a plus!

This role will be temp to perm with a rate of $25 per hour.
