Compositing Artist - Expression of Interest

Job Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital composites and visual effects, seamlessly integrating the various elements of a shot.
• Complete compositing tasks based on the direction from Compositing Leads and VFX Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and other compositors to ensure shots are delivered on schedule, to the highest standard of quality. 
• Understand and follow production guidelines.
• Review and implement feedback quickly and effectively.
• Perform blue/green screen matte extractions, color corrections, 2D/3D camera tracking, rotoscoping and paint tasks.
• Solve creative and technical problems under tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Essential Skills

• 3+ years of compositing experience
• Working knowledge of live-action feature film and television VFX production pipelines
• Expert knowledge of Nuke
• Excellent artistic skills with a strong sense of color, lighting, perspective, scale, and composition
• Attention to detail and a desire to deliver consistently high-quality work
• Collaborative by nature with the ability to work within a team-based environment
