Backend Game Developer

We are looking for a Backend Game Developer to design game mechanics, implement math models, and develop tools for statistical analysis and game simulations.

• University degree in mathematics/computer science/technology/engineering;
• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a developer;
• Strong scripting skills in Python (OOP);
• Experience in developing client-server applications (Flask);
• A high level of attention to detail;
• Experience with Git (or other VCS);
• Data-driven and analytical mindset in decision-making;
• English B2+.
  
  Will be a plus:
• An understanding of how slot games work;
• An experience as a game mathematician (or similar position);
• Motivated by challenges and stretch goals;
• Ability to look at games from the players' point of view;
• Teamwork experience;
• Self-organization, ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging game mechanics and mathematics in collaboration with Product Owners and Game Mathematicians;
• Implement game math models in the game code;
• Fine-tune game mechanics and mathematics to create the best possible product;
• Perform simulations of game math;
• Rapid prototyping of game mechanics to prove the concept;
• Develop game bots and tool for statistics analysis.
