Designation – Manager

• Responsibilities:
• Strategize the growth and engagement of customers/leads by a combination of affiliates and strategic partnerships
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and high-quality acquisitions
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on an affiliate program's performance and opportunities for growth
• Be aware of and continuously track any fraudulent activities happening in installations on the platform.
• Develop frameworks for measuring channel efficiency and impact on customer

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience working as an affiliate manager
• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech./MBA Graduate from premier institutes

Skill Requirement:

• A process-oriented individual with 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in scaling affiliates, particularly in apps
• Customer-first thinking, interest in deriving customer insight from data patterns
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels is a plus
• Strong knowledge of conversion funnels and optimization strategies
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
