If you love monster-taming games and enjoy engaging with players on a personal level, you’ll fit right in with us!<ul><li>Coromon: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1218210/Coromon/</li><li>Coromon: Rogue Planet: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3195360/Coromon_Rogue_Planet/</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media across all major platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, tailored to each platform.</li><li>Experience engaging with, and growing, a Discord community (our community has over 33k members).</li><li>Plus: A genuine love for monster-taming RPGs and their communities.</li><li>Even bigger plus: If you're already familiar with Coromon.</li></ul>Position details:<ul><li>Remote and part-time.</li><li>Flexible hours, allowing you to work around your schedule while keeping up with the demands of the community and campaigns.</li><li>English is the working language for the project.</li></ul>What you will be doing:<ul><li>Take full ownership of our social media campaigns, from ideation to execution.</li><li>Get to know our game(s) inside out to engage authentically with our community.</li><li>Plan and schedule weekly social media posts (creative, engaging, and platform-specific).</li><li>Launch and grow our TikTok channel with content that resonates with the monster-taming community.</li><li>Actively engage with players on our platforms, especially Discord, keeping the conversation lively, fun, and positive.</li><li>Work closely with our team to craft community events, contests, and collaborations that foster excitement.
