Team Lead - Frontend Developer (Unity)

Lead Unity game development, build immersive experiences. 5+ years experience, strong C# skills, team leadership, mobile app development.

? Lead the development of high-quality virtual experiences using Unity engine<br>
? Build, optimize, and maintain code for cross-platform deployment (PC, mobile, VR, AR)<br>
? Develop innovative gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and tools to enhance player<br>
experience<br>
? Manage a team of developers, ensuring the team is productive, efficient and delivering high- quality work<br>
? Work closely with other teams, including designers, artists, and product managers, to<br>
understand and deliver on project requirements<br>
? Mentor and coach developers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills<br>
? Keep up to date with new technology developments in the field of game development and<br>
virtual experiences<br>
? Developing mobile applications using Unity3D and C#<br>
? Developing, testing, and debugging code for mobile applications on both iOS and Android<br>
? Working with a team of artists, animators, and engineers to create engaging mobile experiences<br>
? Designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for mobile applications<br>
? Developing and optimizing mobile applications for optimal performance<br>
? Ensuring mobile applications are properly integrated with back-end services<br>
? Collaborating with other departments to ensure mobile applications meet business<br>
requirements<br>
? Documenting mobile applications and processes<br>
? Addressing customer feedback and bug reports<br>
? Maintaining and updating existing mobile applications<br>
Requirements:<br>
? Strong experience in developing moderate or complex multiplayer Unity games, with at least 5<br>
years in a lead role<br>
? Adequate knowledge of developing meta verse and AR,VR MR applications<br>
? Experience with game engines, including Unity<br>
? Proficient in C# , with experience in software architecture, design patterns, and game<br>
development principles<br>
? Adequate knowledge of integration of 3-d design in unity<br>
? API integration with Unity engine<br>
? Experience in working as a Unity artist for a project<br>
? Experience in deploying unity build onto web based application<br>
? Proven experience in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality projects on time and<br>
on budget<br>
? Knowledge of best practices in game development, including optimization, performance, and<br>
security<br>
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with designers, artists, and other<br>
developers<br>
? A strong passion for game development and virtual experiences<br>
? Proven experience developing mobile applications using Unity3D and C#<br>
? Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles<br>
? Knowledge of the iOS and Android mobile platforms<br>
? Experience with version control systems such as GIT<br>
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field<br>
