 About Us Team Pumpkin is a dynamic marketing agency dedicated to delivering innovative and impactful campaigns. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate Creative Head to join our creative team. Role &amp; Responsibilities As the Associate Creative Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our clients’ brands. Your responsibilities will include: Innovation And Ideation <ul><li>Envision strategic directions for brands, both short-term and long-term.</li><li>Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas.</li><li>Balance a relentless desire for innovation with business objectives and user engagement priorities.</li><li>Influence team members to set and achieve goals and deadlines. </li></ul>
Creative Oversight <ul><li>Develop creative and content strategies for digital campaigns.</li><li>Delegate tasks effectively and manage group dynamics among team members.</li><li>Supervise, counsel, and guide managers and executives within the team.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all creatives and content.</li><li>Maintain consistency of visuals with the overall brand strategy and proactively address any issues hindering growth. </li></ul>
Client Engagement <ul><li>Attend and actively participate in client meetings and pitches.</li><li>Deliver high-quality work while adhering to tight deadlines.</li><li>Manage team escalations as necessary. </li></ul>
Team Development <ul><li>Hire, develop, and manage the creative team.</li><li>Edit and refine content produced by team members.</li><li>Analyze content marketing metrics and implement improvements as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.</li><li>Effectively juggle multiple projects while managing timelines and expectations. </li></ul>
Industry Awareness <ul><li>Stay updated on the latest standards and trends in visual design. </li></ul>
Skills &amp; Experience Required <ul><li>A good sense of humor; creativity is often sparked by fun!</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of pop culture and internet trends.</li><li>A drive to deliver the highest quality work that you can take pride in.</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field within digital media and advertising.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your work.</li><li>Proven experience in managing a creative team.</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong time-management skills. </li></ul>
Education <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Relevant certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
