They are responsible for executing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the entire recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.</li><li>Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.</li><li>Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.</li><li>Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.</li><li>Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment activities and progress. </li></ul>
Required Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for talent acquisition.</li><li>Solid decision-making and negotiation skills.</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail.</li><li>Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Working experience with Manpower Consultant or in Facility Industry preferred </li></ul>
