The Role: &nbsp;
Making games is what we love and we're passionate about what we do. As an experienced Senior Gameplay Animator, you’ll bring with you a proven track record of delivering exciting and responsive gameplay animations that feel as good as they look. A strong spirit of teamwork will be second nature and you’ll be at home working on a stylized AAA title. &nbsp; Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Working closely with your animation lead and other disciplines including art, design, and engineering departments to create visually compelling animation content while working through technical challenges.</li>
<li>High level keyframe animation, motion capture editing, and motion capture enhancement skills.</li>
<li>Act as a resource to help mentor and support the animation team.</li>
<li>Collaborate across disciplines to ensure animation requirements are understood, met and delivered to schedule.</li>

About You:
Our title is unique and we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just connect with their craft, but that also connects with our game. You’ll already be at senior level and will have shipped titles under your belt but more than this, you’ll be a natural motivator that’s excited to be a part of a team that’s geared up to creating a world class title. You’ll bring demonstrable experience with mocap (motion capture) and keyframe animation. We use UE5 so experience with Unreal is preferred. Furthermore:

<li>A thorough knowledge of modern gameplay animation pipelines, game engine tools and technical limitations.</li>
<li>You’ll be able to demonstrate or have a dynamic showreel showcasing high-level skill in posing, body mechanics, timing and weight.</li>
<li>Expert in Maya.</li>
<li>Strong ability to understand and independently tackle complex animation challenges</li>
<li>Skilled in the&nbsp; fast prototyping of complex animation mechanics.</li>
<li>At least 1 published title in a Senior role</li>
