We are looking for a CEO / Chief Product &amp; Growth Officer for one of our investment products (global dating app). The product is revolutionizing the dating industry by creating a platform that promotes a positive environment while prioritizing the safety and comfort of our women users. 

Your main tasks will be:

<ul><li>Develop and execute the overall product and marketing strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.</li><li>Lead the team to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.</li><li>Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.</li><li>Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to gain insights, and iterate on the product to optimize performance and user satisfaction.</li><li>Manage human and financial resources.</li><li>Create, implement and execute efficient processes to achieve key business and product goals.</li><li>Serve as a key spokesperson for the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to the key stakeholders.</li></ul>

We expect from you:
<ul><li>Proven experience in product management within B2C products in related industries (dating, social connections) on international markets (with a focus on the USA, English-speaking tier 1 countries, Europe).</li><li>Ability to formulate product and marketing strategy.</li><li>Demonstrated success in achieving product profitability and key metrics boost.</li><li>Experience scaling businesses 10х.</li><li>Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people.</li><li>Previous P&amp;L management experience is a must. </li><li>Budget management skills.</li><li>Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to take ownership of the final outcome.</li><li>Background in analytics/marketing would be a significant plus.</li><li>Fluent English language proficiency.</li><ul></ul><ul><ul><ul> </ul></ul></ul></ul>
